Managing Director, Tony Passmore, works with local school to ‘bridge the gap’ and provide support and education in the development of essential working life skills.

Working with students at the Carr Manor Community School Managing Director, Tony Passmore, chaired an interactive group session earlier this year on interview techniques whereby students were taught various methods that they then practiced in role plays.

Following on from this Tony spent a morning this week conducting mock interviews with year 10 students, giving them experience, feedback and preparing them for looming job interviews.

Concluding the exercise Tony comment:

“I was extremely impressed by the quality of students and their grasp of good social and interviewing skills. Many were very nervous, never having done this before, but overcame any anxiety and conducted themselves brilliantly well.”
