Tony
ChairmanTony started as operations manager at the family firm in 1981.
During his first 10 years Tony studied part time at Leeds Metropolitan University graduating with a BA(hons) in Business Management & Administration.
It wasn't until the year 2000 that Tony stepped in to take the managing director role which he still fulfills to this day. Tony brings considerable multi-functional expertise in a number of different areas through-out the business including: Management, finance, operations, marketing, sales and business strategy.
Vicki
Managing DirectorVicki joined Passmore Group in 2009 as Financial Controller, guiding the company through the challenges of the recession with a complete restructure of its financial management systems. Her focus on strengthening controls and creating financial stability ensured the business was well positioned for the years ahead.
In 2014 she was appointed to the Board as Financial Director, where her expertise and leadership continued to provide a solid foundation for the company.
Now as Managing Director, Vicki draws on her extensive knowledge of finance, operations, and strategy to lead the Group, ensuring the business remains firmly rooted in the strong family values it was built on.
Steve
Operations DirectorSteve has been in the construction industry for a number of years first starting at Passmore’s in 1980 as a plumbing apprentice under the management of his parents.
In 1990 Steve moved to the surveying side of the business, working with both the bathroom and building brands.
In 2005 Steve moved again to head up the operations following the handover of the business from his parents. Presently Steve manages the 30+ installations team whilst also supporting staff in other functional areas including building, quality control / supervising, planning co-ordination and stores.
Bridie
Head of FinanceBridie’s journey with Passmore Group began in 2013 as an Assistant Accountant, where she studied for her ACCA qualification while supporting the Finance Director with transactional finance duties. She proudly returned to Passmore Group in January 2024, joining the senior management team as Head of Finance.
With a career spanning 17 years, Bridie originally trained in practice before moving into industry, gaining experience across a variety of companies—both large and small. She has found her true fit in the environment of a small, family-run business, where she can bring her strategic ideas to life and make a real impact.
Outside of work, Bridie enjoys spending time with her young son and fiancé. The family shares a love for Formula One—and even named their son after a famous racing driver. Can you guess who?
Rebecca
Head of MarketingRebecca joined Passmore Group in August 2013 after graduating from the University of Huddersfield with a 2:1 in Marketing. Since then, she has become an invaluable part of the business, rising through the ranks to now oversee marketing across all branded divisions.
As Marketing Manager, Rebecca plays a pivotal role in shaping and delivering the group’s overarching yearly marketing plan. Her expertise spans both online and offline channelsfrom managing agency relationships for web development, PPC, SEO, social media, and remarketing, to leading integrated campaigns covering PR, advertising, direct mail, and company literature. Her ability to combine creative thinking with strategic execution has been instrumental in driving growth and strengthening the company’s presence in a competitive marketplace.
Known for her professionalism, creativity, and commitment, Rebecca is highly respected across the business for her leadership and vision. She embodies the collaborative, family-like culture at Passmore’s and continues to be a driving force in the company’s success.
Outside of work, Rebecca is a dedicated health and fitness enthusiast who thrives on challenging gym sessions and spending time outdoors, bringing the same energy and determination to her personal life as she does to her professional career.
Tony
Building ManagerTony worked as a time-served joiner for a number of years before making the move on to construction management in 1987.
Tony joined Passmore’s as building manager in 2008 following a number of years working on multi-million pound building projects within several large construction organisations.
Tony currently managers all building works including, private / domestic, council, housing associations and adaptations. Tony’s day to day activities include job planning, programming of the ‘lads on site’ workloads, onsite project management, enforcing on site health & safety regulations, liaising with architects, structural engineers and customers for all job types.
Rob
Project ManagerRob is the Installations Surveyor for Passmore's More Kitchens division, a role he took on in mid-2019. Serving as the key liaison between the design and installation teams, he expertly manages kitchen and bathroom renovations as well as all required building work.
With over four decades of experience, Rob brings a deep understanding of the kitchen, bathroom, and building industries, having held various positions in trade, supervision, project, and contract management. Most recently, he successfully ran his own full-service kitchen renovation business, where he managed all domestic projects from initial design and supply through to final installation. This hands-on experience makes him an invaluable asset to the team, guaranteeing a smooth and professional renovation process for every client.
When he's not on the job, Rob is a dedicated fitness enthusiast and regularly attends his local gym.”
Dan
Internal Operations ManagerDan began his journey at Passmore Group as an Installations Coordinator, where his strong work ethic, attention to detail, and commitment to delivering a seamless customer experience quickly set him apart. Through dedication, consistent performance, and a natural ability to bring structure and efficiency to complex processes, Dan progressed into the role of Internal Operations Manager. His development within the company is a reflection of both his talent and his drive to continually improve how the team works.
Dan loves being part of a collaborative, supportive team and takes pride in helping ensure everything behind the scenes runs smoothly. His approachable nature and problem-solving mindset make him a key figure within the operations side of the business.
Outside of work, Dan enjoys spending his free time taking long walks with his dog and going out with friends. Whether at work or in his downtime, he brings a relaxed, friendly energy that makes him a pleasure to be around.
Jordan
Warehouse ManagerJordan joined B & K Passmore on 11th July 2022 and leads the warehouse team with over three decades of experience in logistics, transport, and warehouse operations. As Warehouse Manager, he is responsible for overseeing daily operations, coordinating stock control, ensuring efficient workflows, and maintaining high standards of safety and organisation across the site.
Outside of work, Jordan enjoys hiking, camping, and proudly being a rugby dad to his two boys, supporting them from the sidelines whenever they play and also running the kitchen with my wife Michelle cooking pre match bacon butties and doing the after-match food for the players.
Laura
Sales AdminLaura joined the Passmore sales admin team at our head office, Wortley showroom in 2021 having sadly been made redundant from her previous role at The Yorkshire Tile Company where she had worked as a senior sales consultant and latterly assistant branch manager for 23yrs.
Throughout her time at YTC Laura had a strong relationship with Passmores, supplying tiles and sundry products for their projects, so it was a natural & easy decision for her to join the Passmore Group.
With over 25yrs experience in showroom management, customer service, and knowledge of tiles & bathrooms Laura now oversees our Otley showroom which we acquired in 2024.
Tom
Sales AdminTom joined Passmore Group in 2024 and quickly became the welcoming face of our Leeds showroom. With a background in car sales, he brings strong people skills, confidence, and a friendly, approachable nature to every customer interaction. Whether he’s giving a tour of the showroom or answering questions, Tom ensures visitors feel comfortable, informed, and well looked after.
As the son of the Chairman, Tom has grown up around the business and takes pride in contributing to the family legacy. His chatty and helpful personality makes him perfectly suited to the customer-facing side of his role, and he especially enjoys seeing customers’ reactions as they explore the wide range of products and design possibilities available.
Outside of work, Tom is a dedicated family man and a keen Leeds supporter. Whether he’s spending quality time with loved ones or cheering on his favourite team, he brings the same enthusiasm and energy that he shows every day in the showroom.
Vicky
Sales AdminVicky joined Passmore Group in January 2025 as a Sales Administrator at our Harrogate showroom. With a strong background in customer service and a keen eye for detail, she supports the sales team by managing enquiries, coordinating appointments, and ensuring every customer receives a smooth and professional experience. Friendly, organised, and highly efficient, Vicky plays a key role in helping our Harrogate showroom deliver exceptional service from first contact to completion.
Tracy
Sales AdminTracey joined Passmore Group in the autumn of 2025 as a Sales Administrator at our Harrogate showroom. She supports the team by managing customer enquiries, booking appointments, and helping ensure the showroom runs smoothly. Friendly, organised and reliable, Tracey plays an important role in creating a welcoming and efficient experience for our customers.
Dawn
Sales AdminDawn joined the Passmore team in August 2019 as a direct result of continued growth and company expansion, particularly the acquisition of the concession showroom in Mirfield.
Having been in the interior design industry for near on 30 years, with a strong focus around working in kitchen, bathroom and bedroom showrooms, Dawns product, interior and design knowledge is second to none.
Covering showroom assistant and manager positions Dawn is well known for her friendly approach when liaising with customers and building rapport while helping manage designer diaries and booking appointments.
Outside of work Dawn enjoys holidays abroad and exploring the Kirklees's countryside with her beloved Labrador.
Phoebe
Sales AdminPhoebe joined Passmore Group in early 2025 as a Weekend Showroom Assistant. Very quickly, a strong interest in the marketing side of the business led to extending hours and taking on the management of the company’s organic social media. Today, Phoebe runs Passmore Group’s social platforms while continuing to support the showroom team on weekends.
Passionate about creativity, connection, and community, Phoebe values being part of such a good-hearted, family-like team. Outside of work, she enjoys keeping fit and active in the gym, channeling the same energy and dedication into personal health as into professional growth.
Sue
Sales AdminSue joined the Passmore team in August 2019 as a direct result of continued growth and company expansion, particularly the acquisition of the concession showroom in Mirfield.
Having spent 12 years in a kitchen as a school cook and a further 16 years working as a regional sales manager for Electrolux before settling as an in store demonstrator for Norwood Interiors its safe to say Sue’s broad and varied experience in the Kitchen industry is second to none.
Now part of the Passmore team Sue will be based at the Mirfield showroom in Whiteleys Garden Centre where she will liaise with customers, building ongoing rapport, help manager designer diaries and book survey appointments for the bathroom, ability, bedroom and kitchen divisions.
Matthew
CAD DesignerApril 29th, 2025, marks one year since Matthew joined Passmores. He has found being part of such a dedicated and talented team incredibly rewarding and looks forward to continuing to contribute to the company’s success.
As the Lead CAD Designer, Matthew oversees the CAD department, ensuring that all designs are delivered with precision, efficiency, and to the highest possible standard. Driven by a commitment to excellence, he takes pride in managing the department to consistently meet tight deadlines without compromising quality. With a strong focus on organization and teamwork, Matthew thrives in high-pressure environments and remains dedicated to achieving exceptional results every time.
Outside of work, Matthew enjoys spending quality time with his dog and taking him on long scenic walks. His passion for modern technology extends from his professional role, working with cutting-edge CAD tools, to his personal life, where he enjoys exploring the latest advancements in gaming and entertainment.
Simon
Senior DesignerSimon joined Passmore’s in the latter part of 2017 following 20 successful years at interior design giants, Norwood Interiors, where he specialised in designing high-quality bathrooms and bedrooms.
Starting his career at a young age, Simon worked at a bathroom business in Huddersfield where he hand-drew perspective design concepts after gaining an HND qualification in Interior Design. Having worked in and around the industry ever since, he has built a strong reputation for his creativity and expertise.
Andy
Senior DesignerAndy has over 15 years experience working within the domestic market in which he has designed, supplied & project managed Bathroom, Bedroom & Kitchen transformations for the modern day home owner.
Andy’s varied experience includes working within a number of Home Improvement company's including Pure Design, Norwood, B&Q and Porcelanosa.
Having studied a BTEC National Diploma in Graphic Design Andy’s design skills and abilities are educationally based and readily transferable to cater to the job at hand and customers requirements.
At Passmore’s Andy works directly with the MoreBathrooms & MoreAbility brands, surveying & designing bathroom works and solutions for the domestic homeowner.
Julie
Senior DesignerJulie Is a experienced Kitchen, Bathroom and Bedroom Designer with over 33 years’ experience across all levels of the KBB industry. Julie is a key expert spokesperson for More Kitchens, More Bathrooms, and More Ability. She has a keen eye for creative design, sales, client care, purchasing, showroom design and refits, and project management. A strong sales professional contributing £1m–£1.3m turnover year-on-year across kitchen, bathroom and bedroom projects, with a particular focus on multi-room designs. Six years’ experience as Sales and Marketing Director. Graduated from Bingley Grammar School. Julies expert insights have been featured in Ideal Home, Country Living, Homebuilding & Renovating, and more.
Garry
Senior DesignerGarry is an experienced bathroom surveyor and designer having worked in and around the industry for 30+ years, gaining invaluable experience whilst at bathroom specialist’s - Norwood & Porcelanosa.
Showing a keen interest in design & technical drawing from an early age Garry ‘fell’ into surveying bathrooms because of wanting to make the most of his natural abilities which involved a creative flare for design.
At Passmore’s Garry works directly with the MoreBathrooms & MoreAbility brands, surveying & designing bathroom works and solutions for the domestic homeowner.
Angela
Senior DesignerAngela joined Passmore Group in 2021, bringing with her a wealth of experience from previous roles within the bathroom design industry. With a strong background in creating stylish, functional, and personalised spaces, she has become known for her ability to turn a customer’s dream bathroom into reality.
Chatty, approachable, and genuinely invested in her clients, Angela prides herself on listening closely to what each customer wants and delivering designs that don’t just meet expectations but exceed them. She loves working at Passmore Group because of the strong relationships she forms with her customers, as well as the supportive, friendly connections she has with her colleagues.
Outside of work, Angela enjoys spending her spare time with her horse, Jay. Caring for him and being around horses is one of her greatest passions, offering the perfect balance to her creative and customer-focused role.
Nigel
Senior DesignerPassmore’s second longest serving employee, Nigel has been with the company since 2001.
Nigel is a fully qualified Gas & Central Heating Engineer, who, before joining Passmore’s installed bathrooms and wet floor showers, using us as his supplier.
Nigel works directly with the MoreBathrooms and MoreAbility brands, surveying & designing bathroom works and solutions for the domestic home owner.
Nigel is also responsible for the Barnsley and Doncaster conurbation with regards to the public sector MoreAbility work. Managing relationships with the local council to deliver bespoke bathroom solutions for the elderly & disabled customer.
Jordan
Adaptations SurveyorJordan joined Passmore’s 2 years ago after spending 8 years running his own plumbing and heating business. Previous to this he has been in the trading business for 18 years. He enjoys helping people and being able to deliver projects which has whats sparked his interests since leaving the tools behind.
In his spare time Jordan is a passionate Leeds United season ticket holder and has recently got back into MMA training.
Kenny
Adaptations SurveyorKenny joined Passmore Group in 2025, bringing with him valuable experience from previous project management roles. His background has given him a strong understanding of how to guide customers through their bathroom projects with confidence, clarity, and genuine care. As a Bathroom Surveyor, he enjoys meeting new people, understanding their needs, and helping them shape the vision for their perfect space.
What Kenny loves most about his job is the people both the customers he supports and the colleagues he works alongside. His warm personality, positive energy, and natural sense of humour mean he’s always someone who can lift the mood and make the office smile.
Outside of work, Kenny is a keen family man who enjoys spending quality time with his loved ones. He’s also an enthusiastic golfer, making the most of his downtime out on the course. Locally, he performs stand-up comedy, sharing his quick wit and charm with audiences another way he brings joy to those around him.
Joe
Installations SurveyorJoe joined Passmore’s mid 2018 in a newly created role as installations surveyor.
Sitting between the design and installations teams, Joe’s core focus is to streamline the operational process to ensure a more efficient service, resulting in a better experience for the customers.
With vast experience in the bathroom industry, Joe worked at Norwood Interiors for 13 years where he progressed through the ranks fulfilling purchasing, surveying and installation management roles.
Working in the private domestic market under the More Bathrooms and More Ability brands Joes knowledge of the industry, and ambition to deliver an outstanding customer experience from design right through to installation, makes him a fantastic addition to the team.
A true team player, out of the office Joe has a strong passion for football. Playing himself in his youth, Joe now assists and provides support for his local junior league in which his son plays.
Tushar
Order Logistics ProcessorTushar joined Passmore Group in 2022 and is part of the procurement and supply chain team. He supports the business in managing supplier relationships, negotiating contracts, and ensuring the smooth flow of materials and services that keep projects on track.
With a background in supply chain management and logistics, Tushar brings both academic knowledge and practical experience to his role. He has helped deliver cost savings, improve supplier performance, and streamline internal processes.
Tushar is passionate about building strong partnerships with suppliers and supporting colleagues across the business to deliver the best possible outcomes for our clients.
Dave
Project SupervisorDave was employed as Passmore’s project manager in early 2014 in order to facilitate quality control. Previous to this Dave first started working for Passmore’s in 1996 as a bathroom fitter / installer but left in 2006.
Dave is predominantly based out of the office managing and working closely with the installations team on site to ensure job progress efficiency in order to meet internal targets and customer expectations.
Dave, a fully qualified plumber / gas & central heating engineer with over 30 years of experience, provides installation training with a view to benchmarking the team against a platform of multi-skilled expertise. Day to day Dave ensures the service we deliver adheres to a defined set of quality criteria meeting the requirements of our customers.
Installations Team
Multi-Skilled Fitters & InstallersIn such a highly competitive sector we are proud to have such a loyal, experienced and knowledgeable workforce with many of the team now on 10+ years service.
All 30+ fitters and installers are multi-skilled meaning there is only ever one man needed on any job, whether that be inclusive of tiling, plastering, joinery and plumbing. We also employ fully qualified electricians and gas & central heatingengineers meaning we can deliver your entire project, from start to finish, without sub-contracting any work giving us complete control and the customer complete peace of mind.
Our installation team deliver the end service day after day keeping our quality of workmanship and reputation at an all time high. Time after time we receive comments regarding the efficiency and skill set of the man on job whereby thecustomer is thrilled with the finished installation.
Sarah
Customer Service AssistantSarah joined Passmore’s mid-2024, extending our installations department due to continued growth.
Prior to joining Passmore’s, Sarah’s Most recent role of over 24 years in the Veterinary Industry saw her gain a Diploma in customer care earning letters after her name.
Sarah’s undeniable experience within Customer Care will really make a difference within the team and with customer satisfaction and excellence.
Focusing mainly on after sales support Sarah will act as first point of contact post installation with regards to any issues with works or products. Managing all follow on’s, fault reports and remedial works Sarah will prioritise, organise, and book all returning site visits. In addition, Sarah also helps the finance team with Credit Control
Outside of the office Sarah is a keen Photographer, along with model making & baking for the office
Josh
Finance OfficerJosh joined Passmore Group in 2024 as a Financial Officer, bringing with him over 10 years of experience in a variety of financial roles. His strong background in finance and keen eye for detail have made him a valuable asset to the company from day one.
In his role, Josh is responsible for a wide range of financial duties, including payroll, supplier payment runs, maintaining supplier accounts, and processing invoices. His organisation, accuracy, and commitment to efficiency ensure that the finance department runs smoothly and to the highest standard.
Known for his professionalism and approachable nature, Josh plays an important part in supporting the wider Passmore team and contributing to the ongoing growth and success of the business.
Tanya
Finance OfficerTanya joined Passmore Group in 2025, bringing with her a strong background in finance, payroll, and HR from her previous role within the construction industry. Her experience, attention to detail, and organised approach make her an invaluable part of the finance team, ensuring everything runs smoothly behind the scenes.
Known for her chatty and friendly personality, Tanya helps create a warm, positive atmosphere in the office. She loves the people she works with and enjoys being part of a supportive, energetic team.
Outside of work, Tanya is passionate about travelling whether it’s exploring new places, experiencing different cultures, or simply enjoying a well earned holiday in the sun. She’s also a keen baker, often spending her free time trying new recipes and creating delicious treats.
Hannah
HR Co-ordinatorHannah joined Passmore’s in April 2014 part time while studying at Huddersfield University. After finishing University, Hannah joined Passmore’s full time working within the Finance team. While Hannah is keen to learn new skills, she took on a hybrid role within finance and HR. She completed her Level 3 Apprenticeship and transitioned over to running the HR Function as a HR Advisor. To adapt her learning she has now taken on a Level 5 people management course. The role allows her to combine strong organisational and people-focused skills to support colleagues and contribute to a positive working environment. Hannah enjoys’ s building strong professional relationships and ensuring that our team feels supported, valued, and equipped to succeed. Outside of work, she loves socialising with friends and family and spending time on walks with her dog.
